Double Deep Racking

EXISS Double Deep Racking System is a type of racking with the arrangement of 2 sets of Selective Racking System in a row position (back to back). With this arrangement, 2 pallets can be stored in a row depth position to increase storage capacity. In the process of using it, the Double Deep Racking System requires a Double Deep Reach Truck or material handling with a long fork.

Advantages of Double Deep Racking System:

1. Higher utilization of warehouse / storage space capacity (30% higher than the SPR type).

2. Used for LIFO (Last In First Out) storage system.

3. Can be changed/modified into SPR type.
